To reserve a room, it is recommended that you call (303) 371-0300 and mention the booking code BWR.  This is the fastest and easiest way to reserve a room.  You can also use the special website set up by the hotel to make your reservation - Courtyard Denver Airport.  IF YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL REQUESTS (for example: a room close to the elevator, a room on a lower floor, refrigerator in your room, handicap accessible room or really any other special request) be sure to mention these when you call. It is best to call between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM MST, Monday – Friday.

Please reserve your room NO LATER THAN 3:00 PM CST, September 20, 2017.  Rooms may be reserved after that time at the group rate only if they’re available.  No guarantees are made after this cutoff time and date.  To insure that you get the room you want at the group rate, reserve before this time and date.  If a reservation is being made after 9/25/17, call  (303) 371-0300.  Any reservation may be cancelled WITHOUT PENALTY if cancellation is made 24 hours or more from the check-in date.  If a reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours, one nights room rent will be charged.

Onsite parking is plentiful and free for our Reunion.

There is an airport shuttle that runs to and from Denver International Airport (DEN) and features a free 24-hour shuttle service, making travel effortless.  Call the hotel to arrange a pickup within the hour. 

It is recommended that you reserve your room early.  IF YOU BOOK A ROOM AND FIND LATER THAT YOU MUST CANCEL, YOU MAY DO SO WITH NO PENALTY UP TO 24 HOURS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.  So please, PLEASE, book your room now so if we run out of rooms in the block, there will be time to add more.
